Motel 6 Arlington, TX - UTA

"This is the nastiest place I have ever been rooms are nasty they have a microwave and fridge in the room that doesn’t work because according to the very rude man in the front office says is complementary yet they include it in the description of the room. I completely see why they lock themselves in the office and talk to you behind the glass because they are rude and disrespectful HR needs to do better screening during there hiring process because customer service is out of the question here. I have a sick child and for the office staff to not care that because I’m in this room with no microwave to provide him warm food a fridge that stinks because it hasn’t been cleaned out is unacceptable. Old dirty sheets comforters has holes in them this people should be ashamed I will make it a point to let everyone I know not to ever come here"

"First of all, you are not allowed in the lobby. They come the door and you speak through the door. This says to me, you want my money but you don't want to interact with me! That is not customer seevice. The room is a roof over your head, but with a little more effort , it would be okay. Yes, just okay. 1. Replace those old flat pillows. 2. Replace the cover on the bed with heavier cover. 3. Replace the curtains with the holes. 4. Fix the crack on the wall that is from ceiling to floor. 5. Replace the old toilet seat. 6. Clean the room! Please touch every surface even if you cant see it. There was hair everywhere. This includes occasionally wiping down the walls. (Something splattered on every wall by.) One plus....the parking lot is well lit."

"The property is ran by the rudest family ever. The front desk guy snatched my card out my hand. The property is old and ran down just like the staff. Do not stay here. Motel 6 should remove their name. Not that the name is prestigious but this family and property makes even motel 6 look bad."

"I gave this place 1 star because they do have a roof over your head. But my first visit was horrible. I checked out of my room within minutes because the next door wouldn’t shut their dog up from barking every second. My next visit, as soon as I checked in my room for the first time it was wide open from whoever had access. All I had to do was push the door with a finger and it popped wide open. Nevertheless the lobby is always closed, they want you to stand outside due to “Covid advisory” but no one in the office is wearing a mask. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any medical professionals. If you can Airbnb do that instead. The people seem like good brown skin folk people but I’m African American & I don’t think they like my kind at all. The rooms that they post online show availability but once you pay online there’s nothing you can do about it when you go to check in and they say they’re sold out of your room. So you may have to pay more money just to get shelter. Please be careful booking this place medical travelers."
