"It doesn't matter which property management companies come in the property is always trash. They only clean/beautify the front half time trick you to sign the lease. They will lie. They will not respond to your maintenance requests whether pester them or go the online route. The place is literally TRASHY. If you move hear you should be a handy man and have the patience of Gandhi. Don't do it to yourself run. Its not worth the pain and aggression."

"**DO NOT MOVE HERE!! PLEASE READ** If I could give negative stars, I would. I’m LITERALLY 24 hours into my lease and have had the ABSOLUTE WORSE experience EVER. I’m going to skip over the entire part of my bathroom having a cracked sink, shower not having a knob to turn on/off the water; while also not being refinished, my fence missing an entire panel (big enough for a small person to fit through) my fridge not having a handle on it (still doesn’t as of 8pm 5/26/23) or the pure neglect to paint ANY of the cabinets prior to my move in. I want to talk about the roach infestation. When I first entered the unit, I stepped on one. I decided to air out the apartment with bug foggers and not move my stuff in to try and garner peace of mind. When I got back today, I kid you not, there were roughly 30-50 semi-dead roaches. SEVERAL in the kitchen area, with 3 on top of the counters!!! Each room had AT LEAST 5-8 roaches. I’m so embarrassed to have anyone help me move; not to mention entertain anyone once I get moved in. I’m speaking with lawyers this weekend to see if there is a way I’m able to get out of my lease.. PS: I set out more foggers today to see how many I catch tomorrow 5/27/23. Still haven’t slept there yet, I’m too uncomfortable. Stay tuned for the update. UPDATE 5/27/23: Came in to 10 more dead roaches. UPDATE 5/30/23: I spoke with the manager Michelle and they’re letting me out of my lease without penalty while also refunding me my admin, deposit and prorated rent for May. Cleared out my apartment and saw new dead roaches. Will update review once I receive payment in hand! UPDATE 6/6/23: I have yet to receive payment. UPDATE 6/13/23: I was told my account had been “reversed” and that they’re waiting on regional to cut the check. I’m remaining patient, but still haven’t been reimbursed. UPDATE 6/22/23: Payment received today but was $162 less than what I was told initially. Not too pleased but I’m cutting my losses. At least I’m not stuck in the lease. Par for the course I guess."
