"Beautiful and Clean!! Very friendly residents and staff. Convenient to many churches, grocery stores, urgent care facilities, Walmart, SAMS, it also appears pretty safe, a gated community!!"

"If you need any kind of help or assistance, this is not the place to be. Gated community but the gates don’t work. The gates are mainly left opened waiting for repair again and again. Be sure to walk all three floors. You may be surprised. The only air conditioned elevator is in the lobby. The other three are not air conditioned and can be very warm. Maintenance and housekeeper are great. They do the work of more than four people. New office staff is not as good as previous staff, are less caring and not as involved. They are less involved with residents, do not participate in activities, etc. With the increase in rent, several seniors can not afford to live here or have returned to the work force. Photos on website need to be updated. Lobby has two chairs and less furniture now. Feels less inviting and more like an institution. Per the office and/or owner, residents are not allowed in the lobby unless we are waiting for a ride or going into the office. (Revised"

"I was impressed with the customer service Reedie Belendez is an angel sent from heaven. Very professional and caring. My only disappointment was that they didn't have an opening for me. I would love to be a part of their community. I got all positive energy when I walked into the office ‼️"

"After 9 years of my Mom living here ...she was forced to leave due to her health issues. I actually went to the office in September when Mom was hospitalized to inform office of what was going on and that I feared she was getting to the point of Not being able to continue to live there or renew her lease which was terminating 10/31. Office was closed due to personnel changes the facility was making. So I tried again to go by.....maintenance was there manning the phones. So I called twice....unable to reach anyone. Finally get a hold of someone ...only to have her tell me she will have to call me back because she was too busy. Guess what....she NEVER called me back, so I called again. Fast forward to October 15th.....because I did not give written notice they Will Not refund Mom Security Deposit. REALLY!!!! Keep you office equipped with Personnel so People can give Notice!!!!! This facility has GONE DOWN HILL a great deal. When Mom left there weren't very many residents there that had too many kind words to say about Management!! Just beware...don't get sick and not give notice....or you WON'T get your deposit back!!!"
