"Neutral experience. Plugged up plumbing. Reported in the morning on Tuesday and was told it was a Steve issue. Steve is usally here on Wednesdays. Fixed the issue myself and reported that it was working on Tuesday. No response."
"Sadly, our dishwasher is not properly cleaning our maintenance man has been out twice but it’s still not being resolved. The upper rack still doesn’t clean at all and the bottom rack doesn’t clean very well so we are hoping this will be resolved quickly. Recommendation is to probably replace the dishwasher. Other than that things are and we do like the new additions to the pool area"

"Residents were promised a gated community - the gate did not work. A real dog park complete with equipment was promised never delivered. Pool was never in working order. Amenities charge too much for what you get."
"Edit to the comment below the original review: They lack on maintaining the common areas and it’s affecting all the houses and yards. They force everyone to water their yards, but refuse to water any of the common areas. Due to this, the high Texas heat dries everything out, kills the trees, large cracks form cause really bad safety concerns for not only yourself, but your pets too. The cracks intrude on the fencing for the yards making them loose. They have promised a working gate for our “gated community “ for a long time now and still the gate remains open. They promised a July 1st date for pool improvements and community improvements, yet nothing has changed. Dead trees, old pool furniture, disgusting dog park, and electronic locks that choose when they want to work. It’s all apart of this “luxury” we pay for. EDIT: there has been noticeable efforts on the Management side towards bettering the experiences of the community. New TV's in the common areas are nice! Lakisha and the maintenance guy Steven are great to talk to and very responsive."
