"This place has gone absolutely downhill ever since the new management took over. The pool was closed down for “repairs” for months but it was only a couple of weeks ago that they actually started repairing the pool just for it to still be closed. Not to mention, when it was open, it was only open during the hours the leasing office is open. The leasing office closes at 6pm during the week, 4pm on Saturdays, and closed completely on Sundays meaning most people cant enjoy this "amenity" because of work hours. Additionally, the gates are consistently broken with seemingly no rush to get them fixed. New fees and rules are being added constantly, to the point where you can't even have a single broomstick on your patio. They are adding all these rules and fees and yet they cant fix the broken steps on some of the stairwells in the buildings. I literally stepped on one of the steps in the stairwell the other day and a piece broke off, and I can see additional cracks in other steps as well. Furthermore theres a "business center" that has two mac desktops and a printer. Unfortunately you are not able to use these because the keyboard is always broken, the printer never works, and the mouse is always dead. Theres literal safety hazards at this complex, as well as broken amenities but God forbid they care about anything else but taking your money. The only people that deserves to be employed here is Ashlee and the maintenance team. Everyone else can get another job."

"Only come here if you want to feel completely undervalued and taken advantage of. Basically ever since the new management team took over here, the only things they implement are new fees, new hoops to have to jump through, and changes that cost the residents money. They've never once done anything to actually make the place better or add any value for the people living here. The pool was locked up the entire summer and no reason nor timeline for the repair was ever given. The common areas are completely run down and dirty, the pool table in the clubhouse is broken down and the cues need to be replaced. The gym smells of urine constantly. Gates to the community are constantly broken and keypads do not work. Supposedly there is a data center where you're supposed to be able to print things off but that never works either. Basically this complex is one headach after another and the cost is placed on you , the renter. They don't care about you either. If you ask for help or need something you're basically told to "deal with it" and they turn their back on you. The only positive of this place is Ashlee. She's completely powerless but she's sweet about it and does at least listen to concerns, even if she can't do anything to help."

"I just wanted to say Thank you to Ashlee Nation for always going beyond the her job.. I've been at this complex for over 10 years & since she's been here she is the only person who is consistent in all that she does & says. She has truly proven her commitment to the tenants & management of this complex & no matter what comes her way she is dedicated , professional to making sure her tenants are taken care of. I know this isn't much but she truly is the Best person to have working for your establishment.. so thank you Ashlee for taking care of all of us here at the Abbey at Vusta Ridge..."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. I could say a lot of bad things about this place but the worst thing is if you're late on your payment after the 4th they will charge you 10% of your rent as a late fee and if you're late within 6 months of move out and they want to renovate your apartment they will kick you out and not move you to another apartment. Only 1 Dumpster and 1 recycling. No parking. The microwave has been broken for 3 weeks and no one cares. Car alarms at all hours. If you aren't home when they come to spray for bugs then you don't get sprayed, even though they charge you for it. I spray my apartment. The complex has gotten increasingly more noisy since last year. I will happily be moving. Also, expect to pay for a pool you can't use. Labor Day weekend and the pool is closed because the pool is ONLY OPEN during BUSINESS HOURS. They put bike locks on the gates so you can't use the pool you pay for."
