"I am so dissatisfied with the management of the apartment complex, which seems to be excessively punitive in its financial dealings. Despite leaving my unit in excellent condition, I'm facing charges amounting to thousands of dollars. Furthermore, due to job loss, I was unable to cover the rent, and now they're pursuing me for a $20,000 debt—even though they re-rented the apartment nearly two weeks after I was forced to vacate. My attorneys reached out to address the issue, but the management remained indifferent and proceeded with a judgment against me. Their actions reflect a blatant disregard for my financial hardship and seem unjustified, as they did not incur any losses from the two months of missed rent of their over priced in the middle of no where want to be luxury apartments. This experience has highlighted what appears to be a pattern of greed within corporate practices. BE AWARE OF THE BILLINGSLEY FAMILY, THEY CAN'T MAKE ENOUGH MONEY OFF OF YOU!"

"I want to give this place 5 stars. The grounds are nicely kept and the apartments are nice. However they just started construction across the street and the machinery back up beepers go from 7 am to about 6/6:30 pm. ALL day long everyday. If you have little ones or work from home, this is a huge disturbance. If you are looking for a peaceful place to live, unfortunately this isn’t it."

"It has been more than a month since I moved into Sage Hill. These apartments are very well designed and the premises are very well managed. My experience of Leasing and eventually Moving into Sage Hill has been nothing short of 'extremely smooth'. Stephen Pratt at the leasing office was very helpful and patient with every minute detail during the Leasing phase. Thanks much Stephen. Ernesto Lopez from the leasing office has been very co-operative and patient as well right from the leasing phase , and he has been instrumental and very helpful throughout while settling into the new apartment . Gracias :) While I have had limited interaction with other staff members here due to the short time that I have been here , but I have observed that other staff members are also very professional and helpful . I would like to echo the sentiments of other residents , that we feel taken very good care of here and I will highly recommend this place."
