"Ever since new management started my work orders have not been completed, they let go of the maintenance men that worked there who actually did the orders and now they have no maintenance men working there per Cassandra. I have a cousin who lives here as well and they haven't fixed there showers and they just moved in. DO BETTER."
"I have lived at this apartment complex and for a while it was nice but we started having problems with our shower, our kitchen light wouldn’t work and our toilet wouldn’t flush. When I tried to get ahold of the office no one would answer or return my calls. And on the app it said the repairs were “in progress” but no one ever came by to even look at the problems. I do not recommend these apartments and will be taking my business else where."
"I lived there for two years. The first year was great. When new management came so did problems. My problems started with my ac breaking down, from April through September I put in numerous work orders. Maintenance would come put coolant in and that would last about three days on average then I would have to put in another work order. If it stopped on the weekend me and my family (elderly mother) were hot all weekend. I even called the city a couple of times and had no luck. I moved out October 2023. When reviewing my charges, I saw a charge for keys. I turned the keys in the same day I moved. When I contacted property management she explained that was actually a charge for painting. I have lived in other apartments and have never had to pay for the apartment to be repainted. They charge for things other apartments automatically do upon move out, this is so they can keep as much as your deposit as they can. I have a statement of charges which states I am due a refund and was even told by property management over the phone the amount. It is now December 26, 2023 and I have yet to receive my refund. I have reached out to property management which says she is calling her regional. I haven’t got the status on the refund yet. Emails go unanswered. This is poor management and they are out for the money not caring about the tenants. Staff are rude and rarely answer the phone. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. Update: It’s now January 6, 2024 still no answer to countless emails to property management or the management group I still haven’t received my refund or status on it. Apparently they are just money hungry and just keep your money even when they acknowledge you are owed money. To reiterate don’t waste time or money on this property they steal from tenants. January 19,2024 still no email response or deposit. Today is January 27, 2024 just now received my deposit. I even called the news station to do a broadcast."
"DON'T MOVE HERE!!! Read the reviews! Management is impossible to get ahold of, but if your a day late on rent they'll be sure to knock on the door like the police. The front burner on my stove hasn't worked the whole time I lived there. They claimed it was fixed but only worked for a day then down again. The apartment was filthy to begin with. My family was sick the whole time we lived there. I think there was black mold or something behind the the wallpaper or whatever it is. Just please don't do it. Thank me later. Here's a cute pic of our beautiful view"
"I submitted a work order for the washer 23 days ago and no one has come check on it. A week ago I talked to office staff and they said they’ll let maintenance know. I don’t understand why they have to let them know when the work order has been submitted. Even so, a week later, no one has still checked the washer….let a lone fix it. Property management here sucks. You don’t want to live here.I am adding to this review because it has been over a month and they replaced the washer but with a worse one! Tumbler is dislodged there is even loose screws! And it’s even louder. What type of person replaces an already bad washer with a worse one! Who are they hiring? This place sucks."
