"Lived here for six months before my lease ended. This was one of the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in, there was so many roaches and the receptionist poured water on me, later I found out it was not water but something more sinister."

"Estela, the manager, consistently responds with rudeness and annoyance. If it weren't for Judith, this place wouldn't function as smoothly; Judith possesses the real qualities of a leader, she de-escalated situations. In contrast, Estela's response was to resort to threats, stating, 'You can move out if you don't like it'. I can't believe this lady is a manager, you might want to rethink that."

"Rosemont has a roach issue, tons of stray cats that they will do nothing about. If you have visitors come over anytime after 5pm, they will have to circle around the complex forever just to find a visitors parking spot. They take forever to compete work orders. There is no way to get in contact with corporate. They give you this 214 # that makes you leave a message, no one from corporate calls you back, some from the front office calls you back. If they give you a email for corporate, Priscilla in the front office, has access to the emails, she can just delete whatever she wants. That's what she did when I sent an email asking what my income needed to be under to move in. She said I can't send stuff like that to the email because of corporate. They lost the key to my apartment & wanted me to bring my key so they could make a copy. I never did because if I can't trust you enough to keep up with my house key, you don't need another copy. After this, the maintenance used a ladder to crawl on my balcony on the 2nd floor. Two men tried to come in my house while I was undressed, police couldn't do anything before it was maintenance. I never got a call back from corporate & the office didn't care because they're all friends. They charged me over $100.00 out of my deposit for an extra dirty ceiling fan which they lied about. I have pictures to prove this. The amount of rent they charge may be tempting to you, but they're are a lot of negatives to living here. The pool also stayed close almost the entire summer, kids couldn't swim, and the gym hours are 9am to 5pm when you're most likely at work. They charge you a fee to have a key to the laundry facility as well. Gates always broke. Another thing, when I moved in, I got my keys right before I was to move in because apt wasn't ready before, the cabinets under the sink in master bathroom was disgusting, I had to tell them so some could clean it. They sent a lady to clean it that brought her daughter. The tub kept peeling paint. They had to come redo it twice. The maintenance man used my dry off towel to wipe some of the white stuff they were using for the tub. Once again, the office didn't care."
