"been having major problems since we’ve moved in last August nothing gets fixed in this neighborhood we’ve put in order after order plugs and lights been going in and out windows are not put in properly so outside air always comes in the ac never turns off because it only blows in the bedroom and bathroom doesn’t blow in the living room so it’s always hot cabinets fall off sometimes I’ve fixed those myself leaking pipes sinks back up when the kitchen power goes out water been pouring down from the bathroom AC door since we’ve moved I’m scared we might have mold at this point our car has been broken into multiple times yes the office people are nice but nothing gets fixed I have videos but it won’t let me upload them but this neighborhood needs help it hasn’t been one day that nothing is wrong with our apartment we just want to be comfortable for one day"

"It you value your money and the place of residence. DO NOT rent in these apartments. I have been here almost a year and the conditions are getting worse. I have been without an oven or stove for almost a month now. I have called I have left messages to get things repaired. No response have been made. They have not even tried to contact me to tell me what is the next step. Cabinets are falling apart. They've came out to try to fix my front door my front door is hard to open lock and close. There's also rats in the apartments. I have contacted them on that matter as well still no response. So those that are putting positive reviews on here they must be their friends, because they do not come out immediately to help do anything. They tried to block my account online to delete my request for repair. I screenshot them so that I can have them for my records. I advise you STAY AWAY from this apartment complex."

"Strategically placed Apartment homes, with easy access to food and stores. The managing team really goes above and beyond for their tenants. I would highly recommend just stopping in to say hello!"

"They only reason I didn’t do 1 star is because I actually like the apartment but DO NOT RENT HERE! If you value your money anyways. The cost of rent is not worth the headache that comes with this apartment complex! Management is very unprofessional, maintenance is none existent!! I moved in April of 2023, it’s February 2024 and I still have things that have not been fixed since I’ve moved in! I’ve been contacting them for the last 9 to 10 months but everytime we talk is always a story about how They are hiring new people and they’ll get to it, just be patient. My lease is damn near up now!! DO NOT RENT HERE, they don’t communicate with their tenants at all when they have problems, they don’t check to make sure that problems are solved. Low water pressure, Bad outlets, one time I couldn’t use my microwave for a week because all the currents and outlets were out and they took their time to come fix it!( I SWEAR THE APARTMENT IS OKAY BUT IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY PLEASE RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! )"

"I could not be happier with the Office Staff here. The Manager Meagan is amazing! as well as her Staff Gloria and Karely. If we've had any concerns or issues, they have taken care of them immediately. We just love it here! Thank you all so much for caring and taking care of us. This is by far the best apartment experience we've ever had."
