Solea Lewisville

"I waited a long time for this property to open..was very excited to move in a few months ago..the apartment is beautiful as well as the property itself and the amenities are wonderful..What is so disappointing is the management..There is little or no communication over issues that concern the residents such as the elevator being broken for 3 days over a weekend. The residents were never informed that it was not working or when it would be back in service. Residents concerns are not heard. They are usually dismissed with a patronizing and annoyed attitude as if we are children. Requests are made over and over again with no results..I personally know of 10 residents who will not be renewing because of the way we are treated..It was also my understanding that we were to have monthly resident meetings with management. According to older residents that has never happened..We are just residents..not important I hope things change as I would like to renew but right now I am looking at my options On a positive note Crystal and Kathy are wonderful .This is no way a reflection on them."

"I have been a resident here for a little while. I’m not one to speak ill of anyone. But when I have seen from afar and heard residents discussing how our manager has talked down to employees and residents, I need to speak up. This is unacceptable. When things have been brought to the attention of the manager they seemingly get dismissed and unaddressed. I also heard we are suppose to have a resident liaison. We do not. Top level management should be concerned enough to make some changes. Cathy and Crystal work hard and are very kind to residents. The manager, I avoid as much as possible. I feel I’m not alone on these things. If changes don’t happen, you may see a mass exit when resident leases are up. Concerned Resident."

The management team , Londa , Cat and Kathy have been extremely polite , very organized and extremely helpful in getting me moved into Solea. This place is beautiful and a well organized community. The kitchens , bathrooms and other rooms are well designed . I would highly recommend Solea Lewisville for 55+ adults . Thank you Londa , Cat and Kathy !!"
