"I would highly not recommend not staying here. I am counting down the days to leave my notice to move out. This is my second year here. I've lived through the endless roaches covering my kitchen and having maintenence come and barley do anything. I had to handle it myself. On top of that on my side where my unit is located it floods when it rains so I have to pull out my rainboots and walk through nearly 2-3inches of water on the walkway just to get my car. I was promised carpet cleaning upon renewing my lease and it still has not happen that was in September it's currently January. My rent is $1,090 but with their ridiculous utility and trash fees I end up paying nearly $1,300 with no real explanation. I was promised brand new appliances upon move in which I didn't receive until 6 months later after calling almost everyday. Currently my mailbox is broken and I'm not receiving my mail of course they are not doing anything about it. Which I have mentioned several times before Horrible management they only care about collecting fees and over charging people. They do not prioritize they're residents."

"Don’t move here! I moved out after 3 years. Got a 600 dollar charge for a carpet they never cleaned and a tub that had rust because of their AC DRAINING! I’ll be leaving this review every day until somebody responds back to me! Office support is a mess! Can’t tell you anything b and have horrible attitudes! U see why everyone is moving out! TRASH!"

"I would like to say my experience with Terran & Latoya was very great. Majority of the time I called they answered and helped me right away. The whole office was friendly to me and my son and I really appreciate them helping me find a new home. I have only been living here a couple of days but I do not have any complaints as of yet."

"I have lived here for 4 years. There are always good and bad in any apartments community. Bardin Greene has definitely had its challenges but my experience has been mostly a good one. Ruth is definitely a highlight in the office. She has been here since I have been. She has always gone above and beyond to be helpful and informative. I have never had issues with bugs. The two negatives I have are the constant smell of weed, and the fact that I still can't pay my rent online due to the accounting dept of the new owners not being able to figure out how to update my ledger."
