"It’s the worst neighborhood I’ve ever lived in. There is no on site management so it left unattended and it’s nonstop chaos here. Fights in parking lot every weekend, weirdos alive walking through the cemetery in the middle of the night screaming, people constantly knocking on the door begging for money. I’ve had more stuff stolen and the parking lot nazis randomly towing vehicles, even the residents that live there."
"I was a resident back in 2014-2015. I was going to UTA at the time and this was all i could afford. You get what you pay for. The apartment was OK and priced around $575 without water or electricity. Water bill was around 15$-28$ and electricity was around $100 in the summer and around $65 for the winter i think. The oven was very small. No microwave. Dishwasher didn't have the right bottom dish rack so i couldn't close the door to wash the dishes. Hot water in the shower during the winter only lasted about 12-15 minutes so shower fast in the winter lol. Management changed 3 times the year that i was there. There was an incident where a resident was dealing drugs but luckily one of the three managers that was there dealt with it by evicting them which was good! I didn't like that one of the managers changed how you pay rent by forcing you to pay by money order only. It was pet friendly which was a requirement for me as i had a dog. It was NOT badly invested with roaches BUT i remember seeing a roach or two when i moved in. But they didn't return after i thoroughly cleaned the apartment before moving my furniture in. Bottom line if your needing a cheaper place until you can get back on your feet, these apartments wouldn't be the worst choice."
