"STAY AWAY! Horrible customer service! AC breaks often, leaking plumbing and only scolding hot water. You can also expect your vehicle to be gone in the morning. Tow trucks prowl on this property! My vehicle has been towed from here several times. Ive also had to pay drop fees on the property. We've spoken to the tow company's customer service (Matador Towing), the drivers and the owner of the towing company as well as management for this property and have gotten different stories on why the vehicles are being towed. Don't waste your money here!"
"This property has always been pretty nice. Clean and quiet, a good value. They recently upgraded the staff in the office, and now I feel like this has become a true 5 star experience. Communication issues with the maintenance staff are a thing of the past. Leticia the office manager is especially helpful. Highly recommend."
