"The old apartment managers and staff actually cared about their residents. These new managers and office staff make it very clear that they do not. They do everything to make the apartments look great from the outside to get new residents to abuse and ignore. They've shut off the water to the complex five times in the last six months, and today, they're two and a half hours late restoring it. Contrary to what their texts describe, it's not just the hot water. It's the water in general, and I've confirmed this with neighbors. Their maintenance staff used to be amazing, too, but the new people clearly don't care. They're doing everything in their power to push out older residents, as well. Half the cars in this complex have marker on their windshields indicating that they've being towed. My car is no exception. I'm exhausted. Don't bother living here. They don't care about you."
