"Please I recommend that you never move here, I recently moved here with my husband and literally everything has happened to us, from there are cockroach, the air conditioning does not work and the facilities are in poor condition and the prices of the apartments are absurd. A few days ago our clothes were stolen from the washing machines in those apartments and the administration, as always, never does anything! These apartments have simply been the worst option! Nothing will work here"

"I do not recommend coming to rent here, apart from the attention is terrible. The manager and the workers are very abusive. They got a letter on my vehicle's license plate confused, the messenger took it and I went to the offices and they told him that unfortunately they couldn't do anything. They were sorry, apart from reporting a problem and they will never solve it."

"This is an affordable and met my standards place to live in. Arminda was nice and easy going to deal with, she made sure I had my apartment ready sooner then expected. I definitely recommend!"

"I would refer Cedar Point Apts. I have lived here for awhile and the management team has been Awesome. I have put in work orders and the have been attended to promptly. Property is clean and playground is a plus, there is also the park, library and Elementary School right there across the street. Not to mention APD right next door. If you’re looking for a place Temporarily are looking to stay awhile I would recommend this place."

"This place is horrible they don't fix anything here. I moved here two months ago and still haven't had my broken dishwasher fixed. They charge a risk fee here not a deposit mine was $500. I had a sister move in after me and she paid $800 risk fee. They already filled an eviction on me and insisted of fixing my problems they rather evict me. Horrible Management all they care about is money but won't fix the property."
