"The management are the worst i had a maintenance issue for a WHOLE month i kept going back. The assistant in the front didn’t want to listen & brushed me off every time i even put a order 2 times the front assistant were very disrespectful while the office manger was there watching. I used to see a lot of residents complaining about the front desk but this is ridiculous! They came & tried to fix the issue so every time i have an issue i have to go thru this? what are we supposed to do who do i call because the office manger said “ you heard what she said” while i was getting disrespected because i wanted my order to be done"

"Don’t not move here!! Roaches everywhere and they don’t spray at all. I had made a review back in June 2023 and I see they took it down and blocked me smh. Baby everybody not nasty and like nice things. But living here roaches will be all in ur things. Please do y’all research and when doing a tour look in the wood if they have them for roaches and also check the cracks. Thank me later. So they just make me give a star only way I can post lol. I can’t with these lieing reviews."

Even though I wasn’t able to see my apartment until the move-in day, I was very pleased on how clean the property was. I recommend you check them out. Very professional staff!"

"Miguel was the leasing agent that greeted me upon entering. He is very polite and is willing to help in anyway he possibly can. I took a tour and the apartment complex was clean. I do plan on leasing here and I highly recommend Mayfield Park Apartments do to their well kept apartments and great customer service."
