"I'm giving this 5 stars, not because it's perfect but because I'm very satisfied with what I'm getting. I love being able to say I live across the street from the stadium. Texas Live is walking distance. And there's so many fun places to eat around here. I've been at the apartments for over a year now, and yeah the inside shows a little age. But I will say, that when I had my AC go out, they fixed it right away. Had problems with plumbing, on it next day there's a knock on my door. All things considered, what I'm paying for vs the environment and the value, I definitely am happy here."

"This is a Great place they have reasonable rent, it’s in a great area the center of all events in Arlington but best of all its close to a Walmart, it’s ran by a welcoming staff who wants you to live here and the pools and gyms are all access I’ve lived here for a year and I just moved out to relocate but I would like to stay here again but if you don’t forget to give a 60 DAY NOTICE! Before you leave."

"We have been very happy here. We have renewed 2 times now and about to be 3. The ladies in the office are very friendly and maintenance is very fast. In 3 years we have not had to wait over a day for any repairs . As far as bugs…… I have only seen 1 in two and half years. They take very good care of this property even though there are residents who don’t!"
