"I decided to move here because I couldn’t find a single review about roaches. They had really good reviews so I went and saw the model which looked beautiful. I rented the apartment and the day I moved in, the apartment was nothing like the model that they showed me. There was dead roaches all over the apartment. It had not been cleaned. I went back to the front desk and they said that it had already been cleaned so I told them to go look at it and that there were dead roaches everywhere. They said it’s because the apartment had been empty for a month and all the roaches went there to die. I ended up going back and giving them the keys back and renting across the street. It took over two months to get my money back, and I had to fight it with corporate because they said I had broken my lease. The apartment wasn’t ready to move in and they said it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. The movers are already on their way, and I had to cancel the movers. If you don’t like roaches, this is not the place to live."

"Absolutely loved the pictures of these apartments. I filled out application instantly because I was so in love with them. The customer service was so nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and didn't leave me confused. The apartments are very spacious. Overall I am just in love with these."
"I have been having problems with my new apartment. When I moved in the front door was not sealed all the way and the carpet was damaged and the blinds where broken among other stuff. They were pretty good about fixing it except they never fixed my fire detector for 2 months. My A/C kept freezing up when it was very hot outside it would get in the 80s in my apartment. They never seemed to find the issue, but maintenance told me they have newer A/Cs for the third floor and older ones for the ones below it. Then finally when the 7th time it froze they said I could always call the emergency line if I had any issues. Now I have flooding in my apartment and I called the emergency line and they will not answer. Also I have reported about having bugs and roaches and they can never seem to get rid of them. I ended up just buying my own supplies which helped a lot better."
"So my employee Vern (who doesn’t use technology) was treated very very well by the manager Melissa. He talks positively about how much he loves his apartment and the amenities they offer. He talks so well about this place I’m considering moving there upon my lease expiration."
