"Do NOT rent from Class A. Nothing but problems. I came home on my lunch break one day to find the entire maintenance staff sitting on my *tiny* patio eating their lunch. Sitting on my patio chair. Dragging other tenants chairs to my small front door to enjoy their break after a long day of fixing some major problems on the outside of our building (it’s probably worth it to note that the work they did was completely wrong and the current owners are having to have it redone per City code compliance). When I walked up to my front door, the guy in my way DIDN’T MOVE. My own unit is blocked. I’m literally squeezing by him to enter my front door. When they parked their vehicles, they wouldn’t park in spots or on the street, but horizontal blocking usually two or three spots that are for tenants. Can y’all make that make sense? This was pretty consistent behavior with maintenance staff. The lack of communication from the office was absolutely insane. Staff is completely incompetent. Having to reach out to find out when I need to renew my lease, constantly emailing to get a lease in my hand for WEEKS. Emails were just long, run-on sentences. We had an incident with one of our units where an office staff member was trying to enter the unit at 7am with no reason, no notice, and caused a scene. Those tenants moved out soon after. It just isn’t worth the trouble. My once beautiful apartment building with wonderful neighbors has turned into an absolute hell hole due to new building ownership and new management. It’s a shame people don’t care. This place is NOT worth the trouble. RUN AWAY"
"This is just another property management company run by family who's not qualified in accounting or anything else. If it weren't for the owner's family messing things up, she'd have a much better company and reporting process. They claim the accountants they've hired over the last few years have not been experienced or supportive, and yes there are bookkeeping mistakes from everyone on board, but the family in place will not allow corrections or anyone to come in and clean it up. This family is disrespectful to the owner, workers, vendors and tenants - but the owner will not fill her company with professional staff because of family. Nobody tracks rental income, nobody holds regionals accountable for auditing charges and deposits. They blame the issues on the software and tell property owners nothing is balanced because of the software and bad staff placement, but the issues go as far back as day 1 with the chart of accounts being set up wrong and family members who are not accountants trying to do the work themselves. They advertise for an accountant/controller but what applicants don't know is that once you accept the position, they will not allow you to do anything. No software permission, no bank access, no formal introduction to the staff. They want you to sit there day in, day out as an assistant to the payables clerk or to be a front man to explain their mistakes to the property owners. A family company is nice in some settings but not good when you can't explain mistakes to them and show them a better way. Class A Management is not a professional company and if I owned property, I'd want a team that actually knows how to do the accounting and track my money and not allow family members to post whatever they want and then tell an accountant to leave it alone. The bookkeeper in place (family) doesn't know how to use the software to audit or track money. She can post daily transactions and sloppily reconcile the bank account but refuses to track income or clear the books at month end. Her supervisor (family) doesn't care and tells you the owners don't care if balance sheet is off. They disregard proper instruction then exclaim that new people don't listen. It's like working for a circus of juveniles that don't care about doing anything correctly. They will pull you into the owner's office time and again because they can't speak to you like an adult and when they start this mess, you know it's time to go. The owner should let her family do the hiring so they can get someone the family likes. Here's yet another "Buyer Beware" situation."
"TLDR: I have only given this company a one star rating because I am required to mark a star to submit a review. Class A management is the worst property management company I have ever worked with. I am entering my fourth year in my apartment, and Class A managed the property for the last approx 2 years. Our apartment community is small (only 14 units) and many residents have lived here for years. During Class A's management of our property we have have had nothing but problems. -Unrepaired water damage to support beams holding units above the carport -Little to no communication from management about lease renewal: Both lease renewal terms I had to reach out for weeks on end via phone and email with no response in order to get an updated lease for signing -Maintenance marking requests as completed/repaired without even visiting the unit -Power being shut off to our laundry room due to management not paying the bill, leaving water to rot in the washer for nearly a month: this was only resolved when city code compliance was called due to unsanitary living conditions -Tenants fitting the bill for repair parts: My dishwasher was broken for over a month because management stated that the needed part for repair could not be ordered - the repair only occurred when i procured the part myself and even then, maintenance installed it improperly and did not repair the machine -General inept maintenance staff: I had a roof leak into the bathroom of my unit for multiple days during a week long rain storm and the only solution maintenance could offer me until someone could "come look at it" was a paint bucket - the roof was eventually repaired but the damaged sheet rock in my bathroom ceiling was not ever replaced. -Management entering units without prior notice in early morning hours| -Construction/building equipment left out on property for weeks at a time from abandoned improvement/repair projects -Absolute lack of concern/care from management to tenants at all times Our first manager was Alondra Sandoval who was outright rude, hateful and inappropriate to tenants. Our second manager was Lisa Wywias. She would leave the office for days/weeks on end without notice and leave tenants with no way to reach management. Even when she was in office, she wasn't much better. I wish I could be that bad at my job and still be employed. Our last manager was Karina Lopez who did her best to pick up the pieces left by her predecessors but is clearly employed by a mess of a company. If your property is going to be managed my Class A in the future, or if a property you are considering living in is managed by class a RUN AWAY, RUN FAR AWAY."

I've work with commercial properties & residential management services for over 8years, But the company had major large company layoff in 2022 due to management owners retiring with over 75years+ of services thought out the state Texas. Also love seeing the character, mental qualities, distinctive to all the individual you have working with you in your business. Reading the reviews brought a lot of those to mind for me dealing with frustrated customers with personal issues with property management and accounting issues.
