"Lived here for 2 years, is a good property. Very secluded from the main roads and all the noise which is amazing. And Brittain is amazing and is definitely there to help and answer any questions you have. And made the move out process easy and smooth"
"This by far has been my favorite apartment complex to live at! Not only is the site beautiful; the apartments are spacious, maintenance is always quick to resolve the issue and the office management is spectacular. Brittain has always been so helpful and charismatic, she needs a raise! :) I would definitely recommend Shannon Creek!"
"I find myself to keep coming back to this review page unfortunately. While it was nice to live there, the management is horrible. They are liars and unreliable. I recently just moved out and was told that only minor details needed to be repaired, but there wouldn't be any charge. I agreed to this with the manager and she said that we wouldn't have any issues. Come to find out months later, they have sent me into collections without notifying me of any extra charges past what we have already paid. Collections called and informed me that they are charging me for $1800 in fees when my apartment was SPOTLESS (posted in pictures). I was never notified by management. Poor services, and I will never ever ever recommend them to anyone."
