"We have lived here for a little over a year and have enjoyed it thus far! We never have issues with the office staff! Karmen, Payton, and Jennifer have always been extremely helpful, kind and personable and always willing to answer questions! The amenities are nice! I love that I can still grill food and enjoy friends down by the pool/kitchen area! My kiddo and I have room to kick a soccer ball around and to ride his bike! Overall we have enjoyed our stay and the office staff! We thank you girls for always being amazing!"

"I can happily say this is the best community that I've ever lived at. This is a great place to live if you have kids, as the area seems to be safe and quiet. I love how close it is to Kroger and HEB too! As for the staff, they truly care and listen to any recommendations given for a better living environment. I highly recommend living here! Definitely worth 5 stars!"

"I have been at The Waverly for roughly 2 years. I actually renewed my lease to stay longer! Peyten, Carmen, and Jennifer have been so patient, attentive, and great to work with! The property is beautiful and they maintain it very well! I really appreciate the events that they have been hosting to get the community involved! The Christmas party was 10/10 but my kids said that the pool party last summer was their favorite! Nonetheless, it’s a great place to stay!"

"We recently moved to Burleson from Florida and after viewing a couple other apartments The Waverly was our choice. We are in a two bedroom unit and the layout as well as the two walk in closets are a plus. My wife and I are both retired and enjoy the fact that the complex is well lighted at night for safety. It's dog friendly and I am glad they are considering dividing their dog park into two sections one side for large dogs and another side for big dogs. That would be another plus all of us small dog owners would enjoy. We moved here in July 2023 and appreciate the friendly office staff. Oh yes they have a really nice swimming pool so my wife is looking forward to warmer weather. Getting used to this colder weather as opposed to Florida's climate is a bit of a challenge. ."

"Absolutely an honor to live here! I love the cleanliness of the facilities, the friendliness of the staff, and the quiet safety of our community. My neighbors have become friends and I am proud to say that the office staff has as well. Payten in the front office is especially kind. She has gone out of her way to help me out on several occasions and I could not be more appreciative! I cannot wait for the weather to warm back up so we can use the beautiful pool and amazing outdoor kitchen/ TV areas! The gym area is well taken care of, clean, and always welcoming. The outdoor corn hole areas are fun to use and I appreciate the on site car wash! I don't have a dog, but I appreciate the large area available for pets. It is a nice complex to walk around in and I feel safe there. Also, there are monthly "meet your neighbor" events- including Chili Cooks Offs and a free Hot Chocolate Bar! So FUN!
