"Where to start. Firstly, DO NOT believe the recent ‘5 star’ reviews. They are fake and are only trying to help the complex’s poor image and management. Secondly, these apartments are so bad that my husband and I haven’t lived in our unit for the past 2 months. We started experiencing health problems from the mold in the apartment. That combined with the roach infestation made living there unbearable. We submitted maintenance requests and still received no help. Once the complex was under new management we submitted another maintenance request and still nothing was done. We literally have had to pay 2 different rents just to live comfortably and in a healthy environment. We submitted our 60 day notice to NOT renew our lease and yet, they have us marked to pay another full month! Our lease ends in less than a week and we have not been able to get ahold of management. Nobody at the front desk answers or calls back after I leave a message. POOR COMMUNICATION. POOR MANAGEMENT. AVOID THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET STAYING THERE."
