"Since moving into this apartment, I have loved how Maintenance is very quick to resolve issues. They usually cannot arrive the same day but the next day they are working on whatever needs to be resolved. Since my moving in the only Huge issue I had was with my AC Unit which they replaced. Since then I have really had no major issues and really love my apartment and the staff. This place has been a blessing to me and if the renewal is reasonable, I may just stay. Office staff is kind and respectful. There has been no call that has not been answered and they always have a very friendly attitude. They answer all questions and I could not be more satisfied"

"Don’t get me wrong.. my stay so far has been ok.. but..EVERY TIME I turn around the water is off.. this is starting to get ridiculous… y’all gotta fix this… there is no way this should keep happening…the pipes are always bursting.. this is well before the winter..at this point.. replace the pipes.."
