"Been here for a decade and the love is amazing! Pablo and his maintenance team are always prompt and helpful in a timely manner. The property is always clean, presentable, and safe for families too. The neighbors have been here for just as long and friendly. All around great place to stay. Kim, thank you for being with me since the beginning, you are amazing! Wendi is always helpful in so many ways, I didn’t need much but the team is always inviting and welcoming. I can’t thank you enough for the hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new start in the DFW area."

"I lived in these apartments two separate times. Each time has been a great experience and an easy process to get in. These ladies have been in the office since I leased in 2021, up to 2023. Most apartment office staff would change on a monthly basis. I love the consistency. They’re understanding and big on communication. I would easily apply here again if I wasn’t moving out of state."

"Quiet complex but you’re surrounded by section 8 apartments. Gun shots throughout the night from surrounding apartments. Parking is HORRIBLE, rent is lower than other complex. Units are painted horribly and not cleaned properly, it’s as if they don’t clean the units and just slap paint over them. The pool is always dirty and maintenance is too busy to keep it in decent condition. Maintenance will come into your unit without notice even if you request to be notified prior to. The leasing staff aren’t even worth mentioning…"
