"First time getting an apartment and they made my experience a very blessed one! The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to any questions I had especially Mark Young & Manager Tracy. Will be recommending people to come get their apartment here!"

"Trashy place to live. Simply put, they have pest (really bad pest). They don't fix anything in the apartments. The dumpsters are always piled up with trash. They still haven't fixed the covered parking that fell from the ice storm 2 or 3 years ago. They try to steal money by claiming "they will evict you for not paying this". Office people never give a clear answer. The pool hasn't been opened in about 2 years. The towing company, H4 Towing is very horrible and only allow a 3 day parking permit when it's 7 days in a week, so don't plan on visiting someone. So like I said, stay away from this place. You will see a uhaul or 2 of people moving out, not in."

"This is the WORST apartments I have ever lived at. I have been living here for two years and the towing company towed my car for no reason and tried to say my car was never in the system after living here for TWO YEARS and NEVER had a problem before, the towing company told me to talk to the leasing office which they are VERY unprofessional!! I spoke with the office manager Julie who is VERY rude when speaking to her all she did was roll her eyes, ignore everything I'm telling her, throwing her head back and talking in a very unprofessional manner (I have the video to prove it) I also spoke with Sonya regarding the issue she was so rude and didn't want to help she lied and had me sitting in the office for 3 hours waiting on a manager who NEVER showed up and and then lied to Julie and tried to write a statement about me and lied about EVERYTHING. I went back the next day and spoke with Julie and she told me that Sonya wrote a statement I seen that they had video camera and all of a sudden it didn't work and there was no audio when I was told before it works and once she watched my video of Sonya talking to me in a VERY! unprofessional way all of a sudden she was so apologetic. After going back and forth it turns out the leasing office deleted my cars information out of the system which deleted out of the towing companies system too!!!! This place NEVER has hot water, the WHOLE snow storm we had NO hot water and weeks after that too, maintenance is great and always on time but will flirt with you and WILL not leave you alone maintenance is literally harassing me (I told the leasing office and they did nothing about it!!!!!) the apartments are turning horrible trash mans NEVER runs anymore!! trash is literally EVERYWHERE, cats are now roaming everywhere now because of so much trash, its to the point the new management has changed so much rules and wont even tell you everything about these apartments have gone down hill since the new management has taken over and nothing is being done. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSE WHERE!!!!! and to add when you call the front office they are so ghetto and rude!! they will hang up in your face mid sentence(Sonya) and blame it that the phone got disconnected"

"We stayed here for 2 years, even before the Robinson Group took over this place and renamed it to Tides on North Collins. Since the new management came, they took out the trash valet, increased rent, and introduced random maintenance fees. After 2 months since we left, they requested us an amount equivalent to 1.5-month (one and a half month) rent for completely replacing the carpet and retouching the bathroom. We called them and they told us that the carpet can be used for at least 4 years and blamed us for destroying it after 2-year stay. However, the carpet has been in a bad shape even before we moved in 2 years ago. You can see the pictures of before and after-1.5-year stay that I attached here. The carpet looks the same in both. If you are about to stay here, take pictures before and after you moved so they cannot claim anything from you."
