"You get what you pay for. Everything is coated in thick layers of sticky white paint with globby drip marks. Cabinets were painted shut when we arrived. On the third floor, the single vent in the living room isn't enough air to cool the apartment and it reaches an average of 85-95 degrees inside in the Summer, which I checked with an infrared thermometer gun. Our garbage disposal has been dripping water for four months and we have to collect the water with a pan and dump it three times a week. Three maintenance requests to fix it and no solution. Neighbors are loud. There are drunken fights. People screaming at each other threatening to kill each others' dogs. You can hear every neighbor through the walls shouting. When a neighbor's kid is crying, laughing, or running, you will hear and feel every stomp and giggle. When a neighbor's dog barks at 6 AM, it will sound like it is inside your apartment. Noise complaints do nothing, front desk doesn't care. We are trying to get out of here early because it is horrible, and they will not waive their $1100 early move out fee. No exceptions, even if you offer to find a replacement tenant. We have a good amount of space for the money, but water and electricity are high and the apartments are not well maintained. A very soulless place to live."

"Please don't rent here. They're infested with Ants everywhere and they won't do anything about it. Also I'd you have noisy neighbors keeping your kids up all night, the front office doesn't care. This whole place and it's management is an absolute disaster. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE"

"Apartments are old and the rent is high. People that do not live in the complex come and take over the pool. Really sucks."
