"The reviews are true.If I could do negative 10 stars I would. Moved in no a/c. Few days later gnats everywhere for months, they didn’t bother to clean the unit next door which is where the gnats were coming from.wasnt long before roaches came out, what’s the point in paying for pest control when you have to ask for it!they are fully aware of the roach problem I’m convinced they don’t care!my refrigerator was replaced 3 times due to roaches being inside!management changes every month seems like! They say one thing and do do the total opposite. There’s a water leak so I’ve been getting big water bugs!roaches have fallen into my food as I was cooking smh!the whole complex is nasty apparently they don’t like to clean!people let their dogs poop anywhere and don’t bother to pick it up!my bathroom sink is rusted, unit wasn’t even properly cleaned prior to me moving in!do not move here!!!!!!roaches crawling all over the balcony"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The property is so old that EVERYTHING is falling apart. NOTHING WORKS, and no management company has been willing to invest enough money to fix it. It’s been sold FIVE TIMES in two years because the maintenance costs are insane and no management company can handle it for more than a few months at a time. The water shuts off for days at a time with no notice, the AC randomly stops working, there’s water leaks and wiring issues, there are no working laundry machines in the facility here, the inside is “renovated” but still literally crumbling apart under the fresh paint. There’s cheaper apartments in better condition with actual working amenities and competent management. Learn from our suffering, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!"

"My car was stolen (towed) from here today. It was legal, insured and had a parking permit for these apartments.. they are saying there was a sticker on a car and have a picture but there has never been a sticker from a tow company. We would of did what we needed. Now before Christmas me and my kids are left without a car. The tow company being used literally put the sticker to the car took a picture then left with the sticker. When he towed there was still no sticker. They did the same to my neighbors car, no sticker but towed anyways. The management here is no help and changes every month. We've been here for too long for this to just happen."

"This place is a nightmare for any sane person. Mexican immigrant residents feel they have the right to be loud at all hours of the night Sunday through Saturday and try to gang up on people who only want peace and quiet. Paying off drug users to harass you and watching 10-15 people try to squeeze into a 2 bd apartment only to have most spill out onto the patios and contribute to the noise. With kids and toddlers playing in the driveway as if it was playground while their parents get drunk inside. They get evicted only to move into another apartment building onsite. The people who fix your apartment issues are the same Mexican immigrants or related to them. Apartment management needs to add a police background security guard and adequate lighting throughout the facility. Complaints against harassing tenants fall on deaf ears and more of a hope it goes away without actually doing anything about it. Move here if you want to call the police about shootings, harassment or individuals looking suspicious at all hours of the night. You have been warned. The management want you to believe they understand and are “sorry” but as soon as harassing tenants interfere with your ability to have peace and quiet and ability to rest they will automatically ding your credit report to try to keep you here (even though the basic comforts of living in this dwelling are being compromised) You will have instant anxiety about leaving your apartment for any amount of time with thief’s ready to pounce as soon as your vehicle leaves the driveway. Stay away for you and your loved ones safety."

"I moved out of here in June, and let me tell you this is the WORST place I’ve ever lived. Pest control is a joke, he would come every couple of weeks and spray all over my dishes and was told that its poison was “safe” WHAT! we had soooo many roaches it was unbelievable. It would take a month for maintenance to get to my work orders. The ladies at the office are rude and lazy. They stayed Losing my payments, thank god I had receipts. Even gave them a 60 day move out notice and when my new apartments called them to confirm info, they were told I had late payments and I never gave them a notice of moving. It was a nightmare. I couldn’t wait to leave. Oh and there is so much dog poop that never gets picked up. All around EMBARRASSED to have lived there smh. Don’t move here, RUN."
