"Worst place to live at! Have never had a responsible property manager & now stuck with a racial manager! After living there almost 2 years in mold I was treated in the worst way possible, asked to remove my service dog because they DO NOT accomodate people with disabilities like myself! Im terminally ill and was given A lease violation on MY SERVICE DOG (which is against the law)! Aknowledged she knew she was a service dog and still treated us with no regard. Total invasion of privacy, Samantha Bishop tells you that bcuz shes the manager she has the right to enter your unit when she feels like it (got her recorded stating that)! I have medications and documents missing and the property manager on camera entering my unit! Total retaliation and no respect from this property! Beware of them they will do anything to get you in and then overwhelm you with emails of her strict rules and crazy violations! Ive paid Insurance on my unit and still get billed for Insurance from them! They are inhuman and tenants are only numbers to them! Sadly Arbor Park was doing great with previous management until we had 5+ managers in a 3mths time! After filing a complaint for discrimination against them they (Samantha Bishop) has acted against us! Expected us to pay $1000 after she was demanding I remove my service dog and said to remove myself aswell if need be since I told her I couldn’t be without my dog I am terminally ill with cancer and on Hospice! What a way to treat people!!"

"We finally have a property manager who cares I couldn’t get in the laundry room a few days ago and she told me what to do…..then came to laundry to make sure I got in. She follows up on everything and makes sure that things are done to satisfaction. Arbor is getting better and better with her here, definitely hope she stays put."
