"I moved in at the end of January and had the smoothest transition and experience! Victoria is the absolute best and very helpful! She was kind enough to do a virtual tour over the FaceTime with me so I could see the apartment I was applying for! She has also checked in with me multiple times to ensure I was settling in okay and that maintenance had fixed any issues I had seen when moving. The rest of the staff in the office are great as well, super helpful, answer questions, and accommodating! They are also doing amazing renovations on the property! Definitely recommend applying here!"

Relocating from another state is a lot of work and Ethan helped answer all my questions, never rushed me off, was super patient and understanding. He even shared with me some helpful tips in relocating to Texas. I never felt like his words were scripted but instead genuine. "I just moved in and the process has been seamless! The apartment smelled FRESH and looked beautiful upon move in, the office staff was EXTREMELY accommodating, the maintenance took care of some minor work orders literally the same day I submitted them, Spectrum got my internet box sent out the next day from when I called them, I could go on and on. Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable process. Love the location with the Kroger across the street and the eating places around the corner because Lord knows with unpacking I haven’t had time to cook. I’m excited for the updates coming especially the brand new gym opening up soon here on site! Shout out to Bridgette, Ethan, Victoria and maintenance because they have been great."

"Great place! I have yet to have any issues. I sent in a maintenance request one Friday around 4:45pm and they were there in about 5 minutes! I for sure thought it would be the following week before they got to me - quick response! The pool is always clean. Gym equipment works great too! New upgrades look great (painting, power washing, etc!). Love living here!"
