"Best apartments we’ve lived in. The only reason we’re leaving is because a new job is moving us, but we have been taken care of since day 1 here. Christen has been the best. We couldn’t have asked for a better leasing consultant- she made moving in easy and during our time here, all of our needs were met. She simply cares about us as residents and that’s hard to come by. We’re going to miss Ovation. Thank you all."

"This place is terrible! Office is not understanding nor are they good people. They will charge you for everything at the end of the lease. I gave them a late notice by only 3 days, and tried to talk to the property manager and anyone else there. I tried to explain that it was difficult to do so because it had just snow stormed and all power went out, but they still charged me for a whole extra months rent. They even sold the balance to a debt collector, just goes to show they are greedy and just want money. DO NOT TRUST. These people will scam you. It's been 3 years now and these people's incompetence are still affecting me. Also like you may see in other reviews their gate is constantly broken so it's never fully shut. I'm so tired of apartments like these charging so much but can't seem to provide what they say they offer."

"I moved here in November last year and I will not be renewing my lease the apartments are nice but they excessively tow and they do not care about the residents. There is not enough parking and they haven’t done anything about it but tow ours cars. Rent is darn near 1400 and I just feel like our cars should be protected im going somewhere else when my lease is up. I would only recommend if you have extra money to get your car out the tow yard!"

"I have lived here for a year and have nothing but good things to say. The leasing office is responsive, the grounds are well kept, the maintenance weekend emergency line is actually responded too. The people who complain about the gates being broken are lying. I have granite countertops tops, stainless steel appliances and the closets are nice sized. The valet trash is picked up Sunday - Thursday. I really like it here and the pool is nice. Best place I have lived in the metro area in the last 5 years."

"If I could give this place more stars I would. Its a shame I can't because this place is top notch! I moved in three weeks ago and I must say I've never been more impressed. First off, let me tell you all of my interactions with the staff have all been more than pleasant. Especially TJ, the assistant manager, she rocks! The community is quiet and very well kept and the apartments themselves are spectacular. They are a newer complex so the apartments are spacious, and modern looking with updated appliances. The maintenance team is awesome as well, they respond very fast and are thorough. I haven't had any issues or anything, but the few ticket items I did have after move in were taken care of immediately. I can't stress enough how amazing my experience has been so far. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay. This place doesn't just look amazing, it is amazing!"
