"I am a new tenant moving in, and first would like to say that the property is clean, quiet, gated and in a nice area. The two ladies in the front Ms. Valerie and Ms. Danielle are 100% greatness! They talk and treat you like you wished to be treated, they take time out to explain what is happening and going on. If it wasn't for them I would have chose a different complex to reside, they made me feel welcomed. Thank you for that, they deserve major props for the work they put in."

"Great complex and management team. This is my second time living in this community, I had moved to another city then moved back to Arlington. I love it here and it’s close to everything, the Highlands shopping center, the Mall, I-20 & 360, AT&T Stadium and much more. It’s quiet and the office and maintenance staff are awesome. Manny is great and so are the girls in the office: Valerie and Adrian, always helpful and easy to work with, you ladies rock. Would definitely recommend this community."

"I have lived here for a year now and I love it! The front office and maintenance is so helpful & kind. Everyone is quick to respond when something needs to be fixed or if I have a question or a suggestion. The property is always well kept. The apartments are very spacious and nice. The area is quiet and thankfully I have had no issues with living here. I would for sure recommend this complex to anyone looking!"

"I’ve lived at Ranch 305 for almost 3 years now and I’ve enjoyed my stay. Community is great for the most part. Staff is awesome! Maintenance issues are resolved promptly and any other issues are solved by the ladies in the office. Danielle usually assists me and she is great but Valerie has been helpful too. Danielle is always willing to help with a smile. The communication from the office is great. If there’s an area of concern I will in the very least get a quick response. I hope property management keeps Danielle around and treats her well because it would be a huge L to lose her! I would probably just move out if she leaves"
