"First ac would not change me close to keeping apartment cool in the summer. Took a couple months to get ac replaced. Got a roach infestation an it took months for them to get it under control. Had a camera inside the apartment and they would insist someone came in to spray even though I had video proof no one showed up. My van was broken into and over $11,000 worth of tools were stolen. The pool would be open for one to two weeks and then close for 6 to 8 weeks. Look elsewhere for an apartment!"
"I have been in the Dallas area for 10 years and Kensington Station is one of the better properties throughout the metroplex. Christina Tejeda is the Assistant manager of the property and she is the best. If you have any problems she go above and beyond to fix it. She even follows up with you to make sure you are satisfied. I haven't experienced this at any other property. Whenever I enter the rental office she greets everyone with a smile and a welcoming attitude. Again, she is the best."
