"No too bad. AA flight delayed and I was comped a room. Just DO NOT wait for the stupid hotel shuttle, took +2hrs to arrive (he’s almost there?) and I now have to go back to the airport in 4 hours. No shuttle…just say so!"
"This is nice hotel and spacious, affordable. Good breakfast. AK at front desk is very helpful and courteous. We decided to stay extra night. Housekeepers were helpful."
"I stayed here for four nights. Even though the staff was polite, there were a few items that made my stay very uncomfortable. When we arrived to the hotel we noticed that the front automatic door didn’t open completely, it got stuck several times before we could enter. This all happened in a 10F weather, the back door didn’t open at all. We also noticed that the bed covers and pillows were stained and had holes in it. We asked for them to be changed, when they were changed we noticed that the new sheets still had stains on. As the days progressed we noticed that the room service was done, but every time the new bed covers either had stains on or holes, or both. The towels also had yellow stains on, and huge holes. It looks like they have been using the same bad quality towels and sheets for years. Overall, it was very disappointing to find out that these basics items were not provided at the hotel. The breakfast options were also disappointing, the food didn’t taste fresh."
"The sweet young lady at the front desk was great! The room was clean and perfect. I love the lighting in the parking lot, very safe. Good breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows. After having a horrid experience at the nearby Marriott Courtyard, this place was a godsend!"
