"I moved in just about a year ago. This is a quiet complex. Where the residents are respectful of each other. Management has responded to every maintenance request timely and addressed each problem. Nicole is professional and listens to concerns and seeks resolutions. It's so nice to live somewhere where you are heard."

"I’ve lived here for more than a year now, and this is my honest opinion. I have read some of these negative reviews, and I don’t feel like people understand what it means to run a business and or complex. There are an estimated 300+ tenants here, with maybe five or so maintenance people working here. Cut them some slack and they will get to you. They are working the best they can. Nothing in life is perfect. The office management is doing the best they can to please your needs but have to follow their own rules. In the time I’ve been here, I have nothing but admiration from this group trying their best to make this complex wonderful for all of us to live in. Thank you, Bedford Oaks Management ❤️"
