"Bedford management is the best. They have taken care of me since I started. The manager is cool as hell, definitely know how to treat the people in the community. Super friendly, in have a wonderful attitude. Down to earth team."
"This is the worst place to live at!!! I recently moved out because they’re unprofessional, they don’t handle situations properly , they’re also extremely rude. Specially the the manager Stephanie Lozano… she’s so arrogant and believes she’s the last best thing on earth. You guys need to check on this new management team - they’re defined not doing their job… I had to move out because they were charging extra fees for not reason , also the roaches and rats are everywhere, they cut off the water all the time, but my complain is that when I tried to communicate with this lady… she was extremely rude , she feels like she owns the property and feels entitled to be so rude to the tenants…. I’d definitely not recommend this property - think again before moving here. You’ll definitely regret it. It is like swamp with ogres."

"management is extremely unprofessional and uncooperative. theyll never communicate unless they absolutely have to, especially to first time renters!! everything is extremely outdated and maintenance will literally ignore any request you make no matter how dier the issue is. i made several complaints about my neighbors and i was told "to figure it out because im grown", they might say they foster a positive community and environment but that is a LIE. especially miss stephanie, the rudest human i have ever met. always short and condescending and made me feel extremely stupid just because of questions or concerns ive had. i will never recommend this apartment ever, and i left as soon as i legally could, and i suggest everyone else do the same."
"I’ve lived here 5 years and it’s the best experience I’ve had with the new manager Stephanie, shes wonderful and very welcoming, warm hearted and has exceptional customer service. Adam has not only went above and beyond to help me in times of need but he has made living here a wonderful experience. They both work diligently and make Bedford Creek the best possible place to reside."
