"The hotel is very clean and well stocked as were the rooms. It was a bit noisy at night. The water is softened and smells strange and we could not drink the tap water. The beds are way too firm. The free breakfast is very good with egg options. They offer regular coffee and hot water in the lobby at all hours. I would have loved to see ice water and decaf coffee. They have an outdoor pool. There is a small kitchen with a full size fridge and microwave in each room. You can request a hot plate. The kitchen is well stocked even with paper towels. They offer a laundry room and work out room. They sell quarters and laundry soap. The staff is very nice. We stayed for three weeks."

"It's alright. Gym is well equipped, laundry is good, breakfast is a bit weak with no healthy options. No shuttle available, but easily walkable to a few bars and restaurants. Front staff upgraded my room for no charge after my original room was found to be noisy (322 shares a door with neighbor and you can hear everything). The toilet also ran constantly, and housekeeping ran the dishwasher with dishsoap, so I came back to a foam flooded kitchen and bathroom after working."

"Our room was very clean and spacious! Location is great. Staff is AMAZING. From front desk to housekeeping. Very accommodating and understanding! Vanessa at the front desk is awesome! We stayed for a football tournament and had a lot of boys. She was very patient and met our needs as a whole. And she did it alone! She’s great. Would highly recommend, especially for families!"

"Had a problem with our sheets being dirty, but the manager was very helpful. She informed me that they do counts of how many sheets are removed each day to ensure that every room is getting new sheets and there is accountability there. That made me feel better about giving them another opportunity in the future. Updating review now to reflect this."

"I used this location during Thanksgiving 2023 while visiting family. Right after I made the reservations I called to get information about visiting with my pets. Staff over the phone and detailed on the information provided. Upon our arrival Maria was very helpful trying to understand the check in process on the app. Lobby was clean and smelled very good. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very good and it has variety. Overall very good experience. I would definitely consider this location for future trips."
