Cottages at Bedford Apartments

"Kiki was the best! She went above and beyond to help me get a new home. We had to wait several days for my previous apt. To respond with the needed information. Kiki continued to call, email and request information until she received it. When she told me l was approved l was so happy that l cried. When l went to see the apartment l was so happy l cried again. Kiki was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful for her. She's the best! U will live here forever!"

"Moved out Jan 31, 2024. Was told that they would be keeping my deposit to replace carpet. After living there 4 years the carpet has be damaged by flooding from a slab leak in the bedroom that required them to rip up the carpet and jackhammer the bedroom floor. As well as other times from flooding in my building. I understood that they were older apartments and these things happen but I don’t think billing tenants for these things is right. I live there a total of 5 years in two units. I was lucky enough to live in a buildings that didn’t have pest issues ( yes a lot of the buildings do have roaches and bedbugs) unfortunately one of my neighborhood friends lives in a unit with roaches and bedbugs. To anyone thinking about renting talk to some tenants, inspect your apartment before you move in and to anyone currently living there, get things in writing if anything happens or they will try to make you pay for their damages. I have already reached out to corporate with no response."

"Ok, let me first say living in apartments, you know you're going to deal with some issues sometimes. It's, what's done when you tell the office, that matters. Susan and Josh are 5 star employees! If you have a problem Susan's there to help. She's amazing! If it's a maintenance issue Josh is awesome! He responds quickly and knows what he's doing. He fixes it quickly and correctly! You couldn't ask for two more knowledgeable people in their fields!"

"Josh the maintenance guy was awesome!! He was very friendly and made it easy for me to talk to him. He took time to explain to me everything that he was fixing in my apartment and also made me feel more comfortable knowing he is always there if I had any other questions or concerns."

"I recently moved in to Cottages at Bedford in July of 2023. You're greeted with great customer service, and it didn't stop at signing the lease like some apartments do. Susan has been extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. The 1 bed 1 bath unit I have is updated and spacious (great for a couple). Maintenance has had to come out, but when they do they resolve the issue quickly. I haven't had to wait too long either, so that's a huge plus. Cleanliness means a lot to me, and I haven't seen any issues with that here. Of course not every apartment is perfect, but if you're looking for a quiet community that respects each other this is the place to be!"
