3001 Crystal Springs Apartments

"This apartment has been nothing but headaches. Since the day we moved in here there were so many things maintenance had to come fix. Which I guess they choose what they want to fix and what they don’t. Our apartment flooded due to their negligence of not covering the outdoor faucet properly and the pipes bursted on 01/17/2024 damaging almost all of our children’s belongings. If we didn’t have our own insurance we would have been out more than $3k just replacing our belongings. Only thing they have done since then was clean the carpet. The water damage in the room is still here to this day (03/04/2024) and they have yet to come and fix it. We still have to pay our full rent of $1,400 every month even though one of the rooms we can’t use. There is mold all over the apartment which is making my asthma worse and now have to pay medical bills due to the reaction I am having to the mold in this apartment. We spent $400 to get a company to come and test out the apartment to prove it was mold. They came and “fixed” the mold issue which was them spraying a ton of clorox and just wiping it away, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is not recommended. They also tested the carbon dioxide levels in our apartment and they failed which is a HUGE HEALTH HAZARD to us. But our apartment isn’t the only issue there is always dog feces all over the complex including the sidewalks. I have even found used medical supplies and a huge wad of human hair on the sidewalk which is a huge health hazard to everyone around. I DO NOT recommend living here at all. They do not care about their tenants well being. I know they will comment saying call us to fix these issues but I have called more than 20 times and showed up to the office about a dozen times and these issues are never fixed."

"I just want to give a compliment to april she is amazing by far the best manager yet. been in this complex for 3 years now and it was rough the staff was not great but since april has been here we really havent had issues . even going through the unfortunate event of the fire april was right on with getting us a place to stay and keeping us informed and updated every step of the way . she truly cares about the residents and complex which is more than i can say for the company that owns the property seems they only care about the money they are making ."

"I moved into 3001 Crystal Springs at the end of August of 2023. The manager at the time, Autumn, who from my first impressions seemed to be a good leasing manager turned out to not be as attentive as I thought. After sitting down with her and getting my vehicle registered for parking I was told I was all set to go. About two months later I walked out to go to work one morning and my car had been towed. At this point Amber had been let go and April had replaced her as leasing manager. When I talked with April she looked through the records and realized that my car was not registered. April contacted to towing company and made sure that I was reimbursed for the amount I had to pay to get my car back because of Autumn's mistake. April is a great communicator and does a great job getting tenants the help that they need. During the fire that recently happened she was a great help to everyone involved and in the midst of that my water heater burst. She made sure that a new one was ordered and I now have a brand new water heater in time the cold front. A big thank you to April and her staff."
