"Absolutely the worst!!!!! I park in the visitor parking. But began to unload my things before registering my vehicle. I register once I get settled. I come out the next morning and it’s gone. Apparently my vehicle was towed 20 minutes after I parked and 10 minutes before I registered.… it was Easter! … Call it bad luck but there are many things wrong at this apartment complex. Management cares very little about issues that you may have whether it’s trash spewing in the parking lot…. or maintenance issues. All they do is say sorry and shake their heads….. I hate to write a Karen review but the first time they towed my truck I was nice and understanding this time it’s just ridiculous. Yes this was the 2nd time they took my vehicle."

"If you live here, don't plan on having visitors. They have 20 visitor spots for the entire complex and will tow anyone that isn't a resident for parking anywhere else. The visitor spots are on the very edge of the complex so even if they aren't full, your visitor will have to walk across the complex to visit."

"We just left after living there for 4 years. Holly Park is a great place to live. We've heard horror stories from our friends at their apartments, but Holly Park was always great. Office staff is so friendly--always knew who we were. Not many things broke, but when they did, it was a quick and painless fix. Management is awesome at doing things to make improvements and landscaping was always beautiful."
