"These apartments are very v ad they don't fix anything I was living here for four years had a total of 5 different management companies. They cheated me out on some rent and didn't tell me till 6months later when my bill was 1700.00 cause of " late charges " which is crap they mishandled not just mine but a lot of people's rent money and tried to charge everybody k are charges for their screw up. Had snakeskin my house Brown vercluse spiders ... wolf spiders . He'll I even had a family of raccoons fighting in the back yard. Security was k on existent. Matter of fact an ex boyfriend almost killed me in the parking lot. He kicked my door in several times. They never fixed the door just half added it by glueing it back in place , he broke in through my back door they put 2 closet Flores to cover it up and didn't fix it for over 6 months and it was during spring and summer. I had to call city code so they can fix it. Air conditioner was leaking all in hall way and molded the carpet which they refused to clean or change out. Any of my numerous amounts of work orders were never tended to. If they did try to fix something they never fixed it right. The air vents were filthy and moldy. Every time I turned on the air you could literally smell the mildew. The heater smelled as if something was burning. Light switches Bradley ever worked I would constantly have to change the bulbs cause they would blow out. The lights in the kitchen were just as bad and flickered when they were on some times they wouldn't turn on at all. There were huge fire ants and mosquitoes were constantly coming in the apartment. Unattended children were constantly riding their bikes through the parking lot we weaving in and out of the I parked cars.scratched mines several times. My car was vandalized by teenagers that lived in the complex they never d u d nothing about it even though the police caught them doing it.There was always some dog poop or cat poop on the front yard from ppl not cleaning up after pets. Pool was always dirty with condom wrappers everywhere.water was mucky and green. Again unattended children were jumping into the pool off the shed. Complained on just about everything you could think of to all the management they have g ad it fell on deaf ears... now the new management that is there are very discriminatory, rude, and deceiving and smug.... I had to move out cause they did not want to renew my lease due to the poor condition of the apartment that all the other management neglected to maintain or fix. And then blamed me for being a victim of domestic violence even after I told them and showed them police reports and protective order on my ex... The manager Reyna Chavez said " it was my fault for letting him in " and I should of known better. When she was told and presented with work orders for the apartment even old work orders from previous management's. She Said that that was not her problem. I told her how is it mine and she just looked at me with a smug look on her face and said " like I said we are not going to renew your lease cause the poor condition of the apartment."... an apartment that was neglected by all the management companies that were there Before them. So I say how am I at fault. I paid my rent on time every month . THE WATER BILL FLUCTUATED FROM 35.00 to 70.00 dollars a month the upstairs apartment had a pipe bust and flooded my guest bathroom hallway and carpet. Complained about it they never cleansed or changed out carpet.blamed that on me as well. all in all...RUN FOR TGE HILLS AND DONT LOOK BACK. THESE APARTMENTS ARE TRASH. All they want is your money and don't care how they get it. I guess it was a blessing in disguise. I'm glad to be out of there."
"Horrible! The maintenance staff hasn't fixed anything in a year. They screwed up their billing a few times and tried to charge late fees for their mistakes. The neighbors below have dogs outside that are constantly crying and whining. The "security" officers don't do anything. Bad, bad, BAD!!!"
