"I dont like this complex. I have lived at this complex since 2019 The complex is not well maintained. The outside lights that lights the pathway has never worked. The dog poop trashcan is never taken out. Trash in the walkway and in the grass, The streets have potholes and cobwebs all in the walkways. The apt next door named CederBend is well taken care of. Do better. The only reason why I didn’t give a one star is due to at least when you call for maintenance, someone comes… after two- three days, of course."

"They deserve ZERO stars! If I could have left zero stars I definitely would have! I have had issue after issue and the maintenance and office workers are the absolute WORSE! Sink fell and just hit the floor while washing dishes! The dishwasher wasn’t installed correctly because it falls forward whenever you open the door! Sliding door glass was not cut/installed correctly and they just patched it AFTER waiting 2 months to get it fixed! The air went out (in September ) and it took them 2 months to fix it and I had to keep calling to at least get a window unit after the first month! They failed to approve my vehicle registration and my car got towed AT MY EXPENSE! Find you somewhere else to stay! They need to clean out the maintenance and office administration and start over!"
"I’m giving the Preslee 2 stars because they’re pretty cute and because I haven’t seen any cockroaches, which is a massive plus. However, I’m absolutely fed up with just about everything else. I also want to preface by saying that I think the real problem is the company that owns and operates the Preslee, not the actual people that work here. The primary issue is that maintenance is absolutely abysmal. To say there is a total and complete lack of communication and professionalism would be an understatement. I’ve REPEATEDLY submitted requests for the SAME EXACT issue and it’s never gotten fixed. They’ve sent someone (eventually) 3 different times and every time they just look at it and leave after giving some lame excuse as to why it can’t be fixed then and there. They also “can’t make appointments,” which is code for “we want to be able to barge into your apartment without giving notice anytime we want.” I’ve never heard of such incompetence. I have pets, they know this, and I ALWAYS remind them of the pets on the maintenance form, but they still can’t even give an entire day’s window of when they might come. The 4th time someone finally came to (supposedly) address my maintenance concern, they came in the middle of the day without warning. My dog wasn’t put away because they didn’t tell me they were coming, so then ONCE AGAIN, they couldn’t fix anything due to THEIR complete lack of communication. And I don’t always work traditional hours so Thank God I wasn’t in the shower when the guy came!!! Now, I’m sick and I can’t even take a hot shower because the warmest the water gets is still colder room temperature. I would call maintenance except I really don’t want someone barging into my apartment unannounced in 4-6 weeks and risking letting my pets out, just to then be told by management that “unfortunately we can’t make appointments :)” Part of the problem is that, first of all, there aren’t enough maintenance people and I know these apartments have a lot of problems. I see the same 2 guys all the time, and if they are the entire crew, the people who own the Preslee need to hire more help. Second of all, the absolutely laughable third-party maintenance request processing company, Happy Force, needs to be thrown out the window. Third, whatever “procedures” the management company has set in place for the on-site management team and maintenance team to follow, such as “No appointments” being synonymous with no communication, need to be replaced with procedures that actually work. To sum it up, the company that runs this place is utterly useless. But there’s no cockroaches and the people that actually work on-site seem nice enough."
