I have been happy here with the management, and Maintenance ! anytime I have a issue they come fix it in a timely manner .I do not plan on moving anytime soon ! Thank you"

"Don’t move here the roaches are bad we don’t have any amenities(pool, gym, etc) management is bad you can never get in touch with them they are always changing staff. They don’t fix your appliances or work orders it’s trash on the ground and around the trash can daily. I do not recommend you stay here!!!!!"

"I usually don’t leave reviews but I do have to warn you about this apartments. You WILL get towed here no matter if you register your car, they’ll tow you for anything. Eva is the worst and there’s roaches in the apartment. All she does is want money and lies to people. Beware"

"Personally I feel as if everyone in this apartment complex should report to corporate about EVA …. I’ve heard stories about how she steals money from people, she’s NEVER IN THE OFFICE, never opened the pool up EVER! What’s the point of having a pool if the CHILDREN that lives here can’t even swim in it ? And to hope that it would be open for the summer time. HELL NO! I’ve stated that that my parking registration doesn’t work still not fixed … and if we live on the third floor and there’s no parking spots for resident they’ll tow your car .. I highly wouldn’t recommend it"

"I was thinking about moving here based off of the pictures due to the fact that I do not live in Arlington. I decided to make a drive out there and I’m absolutely glade I did. These apartments look like straight up trash. The balconies have trash and dirty curtain’s hanging from them. The trash is over flowing not to mention the grounds around the apartments are covered in trash. You have people sitting all on the cars talking loud. The gates are wide open where anyone can drive through them. The list could go in but it’s a big NO for me. I know they are a government assisted property but it does not have to look like it does. For those praising the manager they should be ashamed to even call that place home."
