"I came from California to look at some homes, I won’t be moving until August. Ariana was very helpful, she showed me 3 BEAUTIFUL townhomes not to mention she was pregnant and didn’t mind showing em around at all. Can’t wait to call this my home in August- good job"
"The community is adorable HOWEVER the customer service and leadership need some tweaking. Statistics show that business do better when there is manager visibility. I have looked at this property and deliberated long and hard on making this my home. Keisha is amazing! Thorough and goes beyond expectation. For weeks I’ve attempted to apply using a broken link, the website as appeared to be up but once you click apply error message reads the apartment is not found. (I have all detailed receipts and screenshots) THIS HAPPENED ON EVERY APARTMENT; regardless of unit or type. I have gone back and forth explaining this. Keisha was the only one to walk me through it and actually go through the process herself to see what I meant. The new manager, Arijana Saulic has been less than available. She has only been here a few weeks and struggles with time management and manager visibility amongst other things. SEVERAL TIMES I have come to the property because the phones were not being answered and I couldn’t get an update. The office was closed, she was gone, the sign had an expired time to return, still no one! A different time she left early for the day; office closed by 3. Separate time I asked the maintenance man to call her and was told he could not. I missed 4/5 hours of my work day on Sat sitting with Kiesha who had to troubleshoot with realpage and one site to get my application submitted. FOUR TO FIVE HOURS Keisha sat with me after she walked through the same steps and the link didn’t work! After all this time today is my move day and I am now being told we are waiting. TIME MANAGEMENT. Had the time been taken to walk through the process with the customer we wouldn’t be here. When speaking with the manager before bringing my review here she replied telling me she is new to the company, she didn’t have the same ability that KEISHA HAS TO WALK THROUGH THE PROCESS AND TROUBLESHOOT my issues instead of repeatedly sending me the exact same link without getting to the route of the issue. She lack’s accountability and is not an effective problem solver. Throughout this entire process she has only apologized twice and has yet to solve the issue in a timely manner! I also think it is strange that seemingly processes fail to move unless Keisha is there! I will also state in closing; there were other applicants IN THE OFFICE WITH ME that “coincidentally” shared similar experiences. Again the community is admirable but it’s going to take more than that to build a healthy happy community with these prices in 2024."
"If patience was a person, it would be Keisha. She helped me through the entire process and took her time showing me all the floor plans that I was interested in. She had definitely gone above and beyond to make sure that family and I found the right floor plan to call home. Thank you so much for being patient, helping me through it all and making sure that everything was complete even after the closing time."
"My wife and I have received incredible warmth and friendliness from the Town Arlington staff. The great communication is comforting to have as a resident, and shows that the people care for the community. The townhomes are well designed and equipped to suit our needs. Highly recommend."
"Had an appointment scheduled & had my puppy with me. The lady upfront was immediately rude & asked if we were going to "leave him somewhere". We are in Texas, I am not going to leave my puppy in the car. I even offered to carry him through the whole complex but she just kept asking if we wanted to reschedule & said that she didn't want dogs in a future residents home. The unit should be cleaned before leasing anyway... We went down the street to another apartment complex. They were more than welcoming to us with our puppy & even offered him treats!"
