"The community manager was an absolute jerk to me. When I moved in I didn’t have a need for the key fob or mailbox key. The key fob gets you into the club house which I knew would never be using. My mail goes to my parent’s house so I didn’t have a need for that either. I was given a paper with a QR code to check off all the keys I had received. I checked off the boxes acknowledging that I had received all of the keys except for the mailbox key and key fob. Two years later they have a new management company and now I’m being told I am going to have to pay for the those keys when I move out. I explained to the CM manager that I never received the keys and even showed him the form with the QR code so he could cross reference. He told me that he wasn’t the one to give me that form that was from the previous management and maybe I should reach out to them. I’m not even for sure what the previous managers name is, nor do I have contact information. I asked him what was the persons he reports to contact information and he proceeded to give me a phone number where the only thing I could do was leave a voice message. It’s been two weeks and of course no one has called me back. I know it’s not a huge amount of money but no one should be charged even a penny for something they never received. The community manager who is supposed to be the leader had/has no intentions on resolving my issue but instead blamed the fact that he was new and went about his day. This is NOW the type of leader you would want in charge of an entire apartment community. Who else didn’t receive a key when they first moved in but are being forced to pay for it now!?"

"I live at maverick place now and the space is really good. They have started some improvements over the past few weeks to freshen up the place. I will say there are some stuff that could be improved. I wish they would get better appliances because some of it is very old and small. The rooms are a really good size as well as the bathrooms. One of the things I was really happy about was the fact that the WiFi is actually really good. It doesn’t cut out all the time with the amount of people that are living here and it’s not slow. I would definitely recommend this place for people because the rent is a really good price for the quality of the apartment."

"I recently moved into the Mavericks Place Apartments and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The process of inquiring and moving in was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the amazing staff who were always available to answer my questions and assist me with anything I needed. They were friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the whole process! The person who stood out the most to me was Danielle, who went above and beyond to help me move-in. Very communicative and welcoming! She made me feel like I was part of the community from day one. The apartments themselves are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. They have all the amenities and features that I was looking for, such as a washer and dryer, built in microwave, a walk-in closet. The location is also convenient, as it is close to the campus, dining, entertainment, and transportation services! Very pleased !"

"Do not let the pretty pictures fool you. This place is a dump! We already signed the lease so we are stuck. Don’t make the same mistake. We can’t even move in due to the fact that the apartment is DISGUSTING!!!!!! Also, these are not student apartments. I believe my son is the only student in his apartment."

"Any good review you see on here is from bribes of free food. Hallways were always dirty, stare case dirty and smelled bad, roaches, dog feces and they NEVER clean it. There had been multiple time dog feces would sit in the stair case for days and I would have to call to get someone to come clean it. Parking is out of control, but that’s everywhere in Texas idk why you have a register a car every 24 hours to have guest over. And half the time the app they provided would not work. Danielle in the leasing leasing office always had a nasty attitude and hung up on me multiple when I called up there. It wasn’t until Tara(Assistant Manager) came in that I was able to get professional communication."
