"Angel was very respectful and fixed everything that needed to be done. He really cared that the issues were solved right and that it would not be anymore future problems. Best maintenance guy here. Make sure you ask for Angel Soto."
"Angel, the maintenance man, was amazing! We have had a lot of problems with this apartment complex but he made everything worthwhile. He worked hard to fix all of the problems in our apartment, and was extremely nice/friendly. Could not ask for a better employee. While other aspects of this complex have been troubling (very much so), the maintenance aspect was smooth and amazing."
"Think twice! All that glitters is not gold. I honestly thought these were nice units tucked away and updated. I moved in October 23 and right away had issues. I placed several work orders in and it now February, and they are not complete. Also I find it suspicious that there is no platform for residents to collectively discuss things that’s are going on in the community. I know a lot of friends who have like a community app but not this one. Here are some of my issues: 1. There are ants in my unit there have been since day one and I’ve complained since moving in. They sprayed the outside but that didn’t stop them 2. My microwave has not worked since October due to a bad outlet. I have to run and extension cord halfway through my kitchen to heat stuff up. 3. In October I went over 2 weeks with a clogged kitchen sink. The clog got so bad that water was leaking from my dishwasher. 2days after an Emergency request a very nice handyman came to fix it . 4. Valet trash paid for but couldn’t access until a month later because they didn’t have the required trash can. I want my $15 back. This might seem petty but I asked for a car port on 10/31/23 and I was required to bring a $2 money order. 5. Unanswered emails/cslls, I’ve emailed and called several times because my work schedule doesn’t allow for me to go in person all the time. I’ve received maybe one follow up call . 6. My toilet leaks and the work order to fix it was submitted in October. To my surprise it was emailed as completed last week and that’s a flat out lie."
"Takes a long time for management to get anything fixed- if at all, but they sure are very quick to fine you about the tiniest things. They would fine you $25-$100 for having your trash out 5 minutes before the allotted time or for having the wrong sized trash bag. They’d even mistakenly fine you for something you never did. When we moved in, there were a lot of things that needed fixing: the ceiling fan didn’t work; the hardwood flooring underneath our fridge was broken; the sink was lopsided and broken; the blinds were missing its panels; wasps nests were all over the balcony; bathroom sink was dysfunctional. Most of these are not fixed as of today, almost a year into our lease. Half the washing machines don’t work, neither does half of the dryers. It has been this way ever since we got here, and it has never been fixed. The CCTV there is for show. I got my card stolen in the laundry mat, and they told me that the cameras there didn’t work. They advertise the gym as a 24-hour amenity, but it was always closed for majority of the time. The gym was never open for 24 hours at any duration of our stay, at best, they would be open whenever the front office was open. After 4 pm, they would start closing down and kick you out of the gym. The pool was also closed for majority of the time- which was the ONLY way to get to the gym if the front office was locked. Half the gym equipments are broken. People would always park in our paid reserved parking spot. In multiple occasions, a towing company was called on us because we apparently parked on the wrong spot. Plot twist: it was our parking spot. Would not recommend. I suggest looking for other apartments to live. Save yourself from the stress of the incompetent management."
"Very dishonest. They will show you a nice apartment and promise you luxury then when you get the keys it’s completely different. Then they point out the fine print on the website that says “only some apartments are upgraded” and you are stuck with a nasty moldy apartment you never would have signed up for. Pics are from move in day, the place was dirty, there was dog food in the pantry, broken doors, peeling flooring, a clogged sink filled with water and hair, active wasps nests, a complete mess. When we brought this up to management, they said we could either keep it in the current condition or switch to an upgraded unit for an additional rent increase of $300/ a month and another two week wait. Avoid this place and all its trickery."
