"My apartment was really bad when I moved in . The previous residents left it bad and it's still horrible. Water comes in when it rains and they haven't fixed it . The lightning is bad outside as well can't see when it's dark and I leave early to work. Don't understand why they always change managers and then they are never available."

"I had given these apartments a 5 star rating about 2 years ago, but now, it has gone in the opposite direction. It seems like there is a high renter turnover, and they are not vetting them properly, and the facilities lack adequate lighting in the parking lot. It is very dark and you can not see the apartment numbers. The swimming pool area seems abandoned, and the "dog park" needs maintenance with the fence. The main office does not open on time, and they close early. Staff is not very friendly or helpful. Their location is great, but that is it."

"I'm being generous rating this place a one star. I did not want to write anything bad about this place, but it has to be said and pointed out. If you are considering moving into this apartment complex, consider the following... firstly, the staff are not pet friendly. They say they are, but they aren't. They have a problem with my dog for who knows what reason. Secondly, the staff are not kind or sympathetic to their tenants. Personally speaking from my experience, they have not treated my family and I with respect. Also, they go as far as waiting for you to leave your apartment so that they can barge into your home without permission. Yes, you read that correctly! They do this thinking that their tenants won't notice, but we do! Last time I checked, invading someone's home without permission, is considered to be illegal. Lastly, when staff want to inspect your apartment, they knock on your door as if they were to be hammering a stubborn nail onto the door. So very rude and completely unnecessary. These are just some of the many MANY things I have experienced living here. If I could move out sooner, I definitely would. The one positive thing would be that the place is decent and clean looking. But do not let the looks of this place deceive you. If it weren't for the awfully rude staff, I would give this place a better rating. It is up to you if you want to live in such a negative atmosphere."

"Worse apartment complex ever!!! Me and my wife recently left the complex due to issues with maintenance and air conditioning. My wife constantly put in maintenance orders to fix dryer that kept getting wet and flooded and the dryer filter lint was soaked!! We had to dry the clothes 5 times and then the air conditioner kept dripping water and it was getting flooded and never did they fixed the issue! Our light bill was up the roof!! Not only that non of the electrical outlets worked we had to use one or two wall outlets super inconvenient. The apartment was supposedly cable ready and the wall outlet was empty with no cables inside. The manager Lourdes really sold the apartment to us. For the rent you pay the service is not worth it!!! The pool was never cleaned and they “cleaned” it on mondays lies!! I used to work at a golf course and the pool was cleaned daily! They don’t care about the tenants but God forbid we missed a month of rent I bet they will be knocking on our door.. unfortunately we had to break our contract and they charged us some outrageous fees for paint!!! When we left everything intact! The six months we were there me and my wife were always working we only went home to sleep! Then why do they keep our deposit? Worse apartment complex ever I don’t recommend this at all!! DONT DO IT!!!"
