"Honestly the most needed part to improve on is hospitality which is lacking. Even lacking when non of the programs that you wanna watch are not on, so u decided to install a HDMI or attempt to then a siren goes off and a man with anger says no connecting any more or I’ll kick u out and then leaves saying he’s coming back but doesn’t. Talk about not keeping ur word,nor saying sorry for the inconvenience of the situation let me provide a channel."
"Customer service stinks and they lack people skills. Most rooms are missing toiletries,(toilet paper), Air conditioner malfunctioning, shower and stinks dirty, Television or remote control issues in the middle of the night, very inconvenient and troublesome."
"Rooms are satisfactory and inexpensive accordingly. Just the basics. Nothing fancy. BTW they do have an adult only TV channel."
"Walking distance to Main Street and all the downtown shops. Also, under a 10 minute walk to the beach and pier. Clean spacious rooms and comfy beds. Pool and jacuzzi are a plus. The onsite restaurant is great!"
