"No alarm clocks, small towels, can't open the shampoo pkg, crazy traffic out front."

"The lady was super helpful when my husband called. We needed to check in early as we arrived in town around 4am. We called about a week in advance and she even made a note so that the man would know. The check in process was smooth and with no issues. BUT I regretted this hotel stay almost immediately upon checking in. The lights weren’t even out and roaches started coming out on the tv stand and from somewhere near/under the bed. My husband took a shower and there was a massive cockroach in the shower. The place was dated and that doesn’t normally bother me ever but the furniture was damaged, falling apart, etc. The fridge looked like it had mold in it. The bathroom was pretty dirty. Overall, if I could give negative stars, I would. Definitely avoid."

"NEVER STAY HERE!!!! Mold all in bathroom, room smelt atrocious, roaches started crawling out after lights out, and the only lock to the door was broken and hanging on by 1 loose screw. "J.M"- night shift Staff was unwilling to give me his name or managers number, "unable to give a refund" because I was in the room for more than 20 MINUTES!! And had no warning of a very short cut off time. The jacuzzi tub was out of order and filthy as was the second mold filled bathroom. The refrigerator was unplugged and dirty, stains all over the couches and bed spreads, and sticky floors. For 100+ this place is disgusting."

"What a horrible place. I got in at 12:00 pm. The night made me stand outside and talk through a window. I had reached out to tell them I would be late. He finally got a room for me but hands me a receipt for a $47.32 I had prepaid my room. The room was in motel part, not in side. Tired as I was I went to my room. It smelled like a cigarette and liquor convention had been taking place for years. The lock doesn't lock. The fire alarm is not even there. The bedding just as stinky and I slept in my clothes. I didn't want to open my suite case cause I'd have to fumigate and wash everthing. I look at the charge from last night and it's not even my card that got chargered thank God! Do not stay here!!!!"

"Such a disappointment! Never again! The first room smelled so bad of mold and mildew I asked to see something else (my roommate didn't want to look elsewhere which was my choice) the third room she showed us was a little better. Dirty floors ( glad they were tile not carpet), baseboards and furniture. The couch had holes and looked too dirty to sit on. There was some kind of bodily smear on the wall near the bed lamp. There was dirt and hair in the tub (I chose not to use). No phone, no ice, no coffee maker and we were not allowed to enter the lobby at all. No tissues, half a roll of toilet paper. Requested more towels. I don't even trust that they changed the sheets after each guest. Sign said "Pool closed and will stay that way until further notice." The desk clerk was nice and seemed caring and embarrassed. Never again!"
