"Very rude staff! Especially the day time manager she was screaming in front of everybody. The cleaning staff is so loud for what reason lol they are so loud talking and chismeando and listening to music that they had woke us up! The night shift guy at the desk was very nice and so was the lady making breakfast waffles."

"Lot of water on the floor in the 1st floor room. Staff very loud banging equipment around and talking. Could hear everything from laundry while trying to sleep past 8am. Front desk checkin was a nice guy but that was it. Free breakfast very limited. Parking lot not kept up. Mold smell and mold on walls in room. Especially around AC unit. Would not stay here again at all."

"As soon as we walked in we noticed a foul odor I told my wife that it smells like mildew. The front desk wasn't very helpful we booked our room ahead of time and he was trying to make us pay another time because we were from out of town one word describes this experience with the receptionist. CROOK!! Everything about him was shady his attitude was not helping us get the room and the way he dressed not very professional he looked like a con man from Mexico and he hung up on the booking company that were telling him that our money went through he just wanted to get another payment from us and kept on blame us for the slip up. He literally said it was our fault! If anybody reading this is thinking about getting a room there don't do it!! you will regret it.. any hotel that has a receptionist who doesn't have the decency to look professional and talk professional and actually help the customers out shouldn't expect anything better to come out of the experience. That place was trash and I got a massive headache now because of the foul mildew smell... If I could give this place a negative Stars I would! By far the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my whole life and I work for a Hyatt hotels for 2 years I know a lot about hospitality business."

"Iam begin generous with one star, l got a room in this hotel, when l got in the AC wasn't working, they move me to a different room, but the 2nd room had no lights in the bathroom and the door lock didn't work so l went back to the front desk, they told me that they can relocate me any more. I asked for my money back."

"Went to a vacation to the Brownsville zoo decided to stay here for the night, but after reading the reviews I was hesitant. Glad I went with my gut and decided to stay because only hotel we found at a decent rate that came with a pool. The room itself was nice and cozy. We had hot water and no issues with plumbing. The pool was clean and perfect size for a outing. Will be back for our next trip."
