"Front desk attendees were friendly & in a good mood and offered menus for food that would be delivered in a short time & offered extra towels . Definitely need more people like them that make u feel welcomed !"

"The staff here are great, maintenance works really hard to keep up with the corporations lack of investment into this hotel. The couches are supposed to be "retro" but are so worn out it looks like they really have been there since the 70s. Housekeeping hadn't refilled the soaps & the hot water wasn't working on the shower, but they had someone to the room within 10 minutes to fix that and then it worked fine. They have a minimal breakfast, but their lobby is decent. Not a bad place to stay over all."

"I found myself in a difficult situation after being stuck in a terrible VRBO. The young lady at the desk the day I checked in helped me more than she could know by allowing me to check in early. I arrived to a clean and fresh room with a fully stocked kitchenette, a spacious bathroom, and cushy and comfy bed. I'm so grateful that what started as a traumatic experience was resolved quickly by good service and attention to detail. Thank you, Homewood Suites."

"Rooms have gone down over the years. We have been staying twice a year at this hotel for 5 years for a bi-annual event. As the years have gone by the hotel has degraded each time we visit. In almost every room the floor in the kitchen feels like it is going to fall through. The beds are comfy. The rooms are clean. The hotel is decent. The food is mediorce at best. Its used to be very good. Hopefully they can turn things around."
